Celebrate with Us

1 October 2026

Biker’s Warehouse is marking its 20th anniversary this October with a month-long customer competition with more than R600,000 worth of motorcycles, accessories, hampers and other prizes to be given away!

Running from 01 to 31 October 2026, the competition will give customers the opportunity to win one of 20 prizes, including five motorcycles. Customers who spend R2,000 or more in-store during the competition period will qualify for an entry, with weekly finalists drawn throughout October and early November.

20th Birthday Competition Prizes

The five motorcycle prizes include a Honda XL750 Transalp, QJ SRT450SX, Suzuki GSX250 Naked, TVS Ntorq Scooter and KTM 12′ Stacyc, alongside an extensive selection of helmets, riding apparel, tyres, accessories and branded hampers from many of the industry’s leading manufacturers.

Weekly finalist draws will take place on 12, 19 and 26 October, and 2 November, with finalists invited to the company’s 20th birthday celebration at Biker’s Warehouse in Northriding, Johannesburg, on 3 November. The evening will culminate in the final draw and prizegiving.

While the competition promises plenty of excitement, the anniversary represents a significant milestone for a business whose roots stretch back considerably further than the Biker’s Warehouse name.

The Puzey family’s involvement in the automotive and mechanical industries dates back to 1930, while entrepreneur Mike Puzey has spent decades developing innovative products and businesses within the motorcycle and mobility sector. Puzey Motor Corporation was established in 2006, with the Biker’s Warehouse subsequently growing into one of Africa’s largest multi-brand retailers, representing an extensive range of global motorcycle and accessory brands.

The company’s 20th birthday celebration will look beyond the business itself, with the theme “Our Journey Over the Last 20 Years”. The event will recognise the customers, suppliers, manufacturers, friends and wider motorcycle community who have contributed to the Biker’s Warehouse story, as well as familiar personalities who have been part of the journey.

The birthday event will be open to the public, with entertainment and special guests forming part of the evening’s programme. Further details will be announced closer to the date.

For event information and updates, customers can visit Biker’s Warehouse or follow the company’s Facebook or Instagram channels.

Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The competition is organised by Puzey Motor Corporation (Pty) Ltd. trading as Biker’s Warehouse (“the Promoter”), situated at 1 Aureole Avenue, Northriding, Johannesburg, 2169.

2. Competition period
The competition runs from 1 October to 31 October 2026, during normal trading hours. Entries close at the store’s closing time on 31 October 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Who may enter
Entrants must:
– Meet the qualifying purchase requirement and submit a valid entry.
– Provide accurate contact information and be able to verify their identity and qualifying purchase when requested.
– The following persons may not enter:
— Directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of the Promoter.
— Any person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by, the Promoter.
— Persons affiliated with the organisation, administration, judging or promotion of the competition, including participating marketing service providers.
— The spouses, life partners, business partners and immediate family members of any excluded person.
Entries must be made in the entrant’s own name. No person may enter on behalf of another person.

4. How to enter
Spend R2,000 or more in-store at Biker’s Warehouse during the competition period and complete the official competition entry form.

Under the proposed entry allocation, each qualifying transaction entitles the purchaser to one entry, regardless of how much the transaction exceeds R2,000. Separate qualifying transactions may generate additional entries.

Receipts may not be reused or split artificially to create additional entries.

Entrants must retain their receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Online purchases do not qualify.

No separate competition entry fee is payable, and qualifying goods will be sold at their normal or advertised promotional prices.

Incomplete, illegible, late, fraudulent or unverifiable entries will not qualify. Refunds or cancellations that reduce a qualifying purchase below R2,000 will invalidate the associated entry, without limiting the customer’s statutory rights.

5. Weekly finalist draws
Five finalists will be selected at random on each of the following dates:
12 October 2026
19 October 2026
26 October 2026
2 November 2026

This will produce 20 finalists, subject to sufficient valid entries.

Under the proposed rollover system, valid entries not selected will remain eligible for subsequent finalist draws.

Each person may qualify as a finalist only once, and their remaining entries will be removed from later finalist draws once selected.

Selection as a finalist does not guarantee a prize.

6. Finalist notification
Finalists will be contacted using the telephone number, WhatsApp number or email address supplied on their entry form and invited to the prize-giving ceremony.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and monitoring their communications. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each finalist and keep a record of all contact attempts.

If a finalist cannot be contacted after reasonable, documented attempts, their entry will be forfeited and they will be excluded from the final prize draw. A new finalist will be drawn.

7. Prize-giving and final draw
The prize-giving ceremony will take place on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, at Biker’s Warehouse, 1 Aureole Avenue, Northriding, Johannesburg. The event time will be communicated in the finalist invitations.

Winners will be selected at random from the verified finalists. Each finalist may win a maximum of one prize and will be removed from subsequent prize draws after winning.

Finalists must attend the prize-giving ceremony in person to be eligible to win a prize. No substitutes will be accepted.

8. Prizes
The prize pool includes five motorcycles and additional prizes, as specified in the official competition prize list available from the Promoter.

Prizes:
– Are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
– Are awarded as described in the official prize list.
– May not be exchanged for another model, size, colour or product unless expressly offered by the Promoter.
– Remain subject to applicable manufacturer warranties and statutory consumer rights.
– Prizes must be collected from Biker’s Warehouse in Northriding. Delivery to any other location will be at the prize winner’s expense.
– Motorcycle prizes exclude on-road costs and delivery, as disclosed in the competition advertising. Any excluded registration, licensing or other costs must be identified to the winner before acceptance. No competition administration or prize-release fee will be charged.
– A winner may own a motorcycle without a motorcycle licence, but may not ride it on public roads without the appropriate licence and compliance with applicable road laws.

9. Verification and prize claims
Before a prize is handed over, the winner must provide:
– Their valid Identity Document or Smart ID Card.
– Any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and complete the lawful handover.
– Winners must sign an acknowledgement of receipt.

If a selected person is found to be ineligible, has submitted a fraudulent entry or expressly declines the prize, a replacement winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible finalists.

Where a winner cannot be contacted or verified, the Promoter will make reasonable, documented attempts to resolve the matter and allow a reasonable opportunity to claim before arranging any replacement draw in accordance with applicable law.

10. Personal information and POPIA
Puzey Motor Corporation (Pty) Ltd. trading as Biker’s Warehouse is responsible for the personal information collected for this competition.

Information will be used only to administer the competition, verify entries and eligibility, contact finalists and winners, arrange prize handovers and comply with legal obligations.

Information will not be sold, used for unrelated marketing or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Limited disclosure may be made to authorised service providers or the independent competition overseer where necessary to administer or certify the competition, or where disclosure is required by law. Appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards will apply.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) and retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or required by law. Required competition records will be retained for at least three years. Information will then be securely deleted, destroyed or de-identified when lawful to do so.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting sales@bikerswarehouse.co.za. They may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Providing the information needed to administer and verify an entry is necessary to participate. Competition entry does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.

11. Photographs and publicity
Finalists and winners may be invited to participate in photographs, interviews or promotional activities.
Participation is voluntary. Refusing publicity or declining permission to use an image will not affect eligibility or entitlement to a prize. Separate permission will be requested for identifiable promotional photographs or testimonials.

12. Fair conduct and disqualification
The Promoter may reject or disqualify entries where there are reasonable grounds to establish fraud, tampering, false information, ineligibility or a breach of these rules.

Verification and disqualification decisions will be applied fairly and recorded. An entrant may be asked to provide supporting information before a final decision is made.

13. Decisions and legal rights
The judges’ decisions regarding valid entries, verified eligibility and draw results are final, subject to applicable law and entrants’ rights to raise complaints or seek legal remedies.

Nothing in these rules excludes or limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, POPIA or any other applicable law, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes and circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control
Any necessary change to the competition will be made only to the extent permitted by law, communicated promptly and implemented fairly, with due regard to existing entries and accrued prize rights.

The Promoter will not retrospectively introduce conditions that unfairly disadvantage entrants.

If an event or draw must be postponed, finalists will be notified of the revised arrangements.

15. Acceptance and enquiries
By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these rules. A copy will be available free of charge from Biker’s Warehouse.
