Built specifically for young off-road riders, the Thor Blitz XR Youth Boots are designed to deliver dependable protection, lasting comfort, and confidence on every ride. From the first lap to the final trail section, key areas are reinforced to support developing riders. As a result, performance and safety are consistently balanced.
Comfort is prioritised through a padded mesh interior, therefore breathability is improved and feet are kept cooler during extended riding sessions. At the same time, an injection-moulded medial abrasion plate is integrated, offering effective shift protection and added resistance in high-wear zones. Consequently, durability is enhanced where it is needed most.
Fully synthetic calf overlays are applied to increase strength and grip against the bike. In addition, an injection-moulded outsole with a steel shank insert is used, so stability and underfoot support are improved across uneven terrain. A pre-curved, injection-moulded shin plate is also incorporated, allowing impact protection to be delivered while maintaining a natural riding position.
Fit and security are ensured through three fully adjustable straps and injection-moulded positive-lock buckles. Therefore, a secure, rider-specific fit can be easily achieved. Finally, the boots are tested and certified to EN 13634:2017, ensuring recognised safety standards are met.
