Scorpion Full Face Helmet

The Scorpion EXO-530 Air Fond builds on the success of the EXO-520 Air with meaningful upgrades in comfort, performance and versatility. Designed for sport-touring riders, it delivers a quieter, smoother and more refined riding experience. As a result, you can enjoy greater comfort and confidence on every journey.

Furthermore, the newly sculpted aerodynamic shell reduces drag, improves stability and enhances airflow. Meanwhile, upgraded ventilation channels increase cooling, while improved noise insulation creates a quieter ride. Consequently, long-distance touring becomes more comfortable and less fatiguing.

In addition, the AirFit® inflation system allows you to customise the fit for greater comfort and reduced wind noise. At the same time, the updated KwikWick® C liner actively wicks away moisture, feels softer against the skin and removes easily for washing. Likewise, the laser-cut 3D contour cheek pads provide a more secure and precise fit.

Moreover, the retractable EverClear® SpeedView® internal sun visor reduces glare without changing visors. For added convenience, the Ellip-Tec II® system enables quick, tool-free visor changes, while the Pinlock® MaxVision™ ready visor helps maintain clear vision in changing weather. Finally, integrated speaker pockets make Bluetooth communication installation simple, and the ECE R22.06 certification delivers trusted protection on every ride.

Sizing

To determine which helmet size fits you best, measure the widest circumference of your head using a flexible measuring tape or piece of string; approximately 2cm above your eyebrows and ears as illustrated below. If your head measurement falls between two sizes, it is generally recommended to select the smaller of the two.

For maximum safety and comfort, take note of the following points when fitting the helmet (and securely fastening the chin strap):

• Helmet may take some effort to slide over your head, but should not be overly difficult
• Should fit snuggly around the crown of your head without creating uncomfortable pressure points
• The top padding presses on the top of your head
• The cheek pads press against your cheeks, so that your teeth touch the inside of your cheeks when opening / closing your mouth
• There should be no space to slide two fingers between the helmet and your temple
• Hold the helmet on either side and without moving your head, try to move the helmet up and down, and side to side. It should not be easy to move and you should feel the skin of your head and face being pulled
• Your eyes should be located in the center of the helmet's viewpoint
