Firstly, ALPT® (Alternative Load Path Technology) redirects crash forces from the helmet to stronger body areas. Consequently, it reduces neck forces during impact. In fact, studies show it can lower critical cervical spine injuries by up to 89%. Meanwhile, collarbone injuries are up to 45% more likely without a neck brace.
In addition, the engineered collarbone cut-out keeps the helmet clear. At the same time, the helmet rim striking platform redistributes forces and allows free helmet movement. Furthermore, the CoreFlex split rear thoracic strut moves naturally and breaks away under excessive pressure. One-way rear adjustability ensures a snug fit, while the split front improves comfort around shoulders and chest.
