PRODUCT INFO
Versatile protection meets comfort and performance. The HJC i80 Roki Adventure Helmet is a modular flip-up design, allowing you to lift the chin bar without removing the helmet. Whether commuting, touring, or tackling off-road trails, it keeps you safe, focused, and comfortable.
Firstly, the APC Advanced Polycarbonate Compound shell blends high-grade polycarbonate with ABS. Consequently, the helmet stays strong while remaining lightweight. Next, the ACS ventilation system channels air from front to back. As a result, top and lower vents flush out heat and humidity efficiently. Meanwhile, the HJ-44 visor is Pinlock®-ready, providing 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. For added versatility, the RST version is also available.
In addition, the HJ-V12 sun shield adjusts quickly for bright conditions. Therefore, you don’t need to remove the helmet. Furthermore, the peak visor, refined in wind tunnels with CFD, reduces drag and improves stability at high speeds. Inside, moisture-wicking, quick-dry materials and 3D-contoured cheek pads enhance comfort and reduce pressure points. Moreover, the crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and interchangeable cheek pads fit all shell sizes for a precise fit.
For secure fastening, the Double-D ring system holds the helmet firmly in place. Additionally, the included Pinlock® insert and chin curtain block wind and fog for clear vision.

Sizing
To determine which helmet size fits you best, measure the widest circumference of your head using a flexible measuring tape or piece of string; approximately 2cm above your eyebrows and ears as illustrated below. If your head measurement falls between two sizes, it is generally recommended to select the smaller of the two.

For maximum safety and comfort, take note of the following points when fitting the helmet (and securely fastening the chin strap):
- Helmet may take some effort to slide over your head, but should not be overly difficult
- Should fit snuggly around the crown of your head without creating uncomfortable pressure points
- The top padding presses on the top of your head
- The cheek pads press against your cheeks, so that your teeth touch the inside of your cheeks when opening / closing your mouth
- There should be no space to slide two fingers between the helmet and your temple
- Hold the helmet on either side and without moving your head, try to move the helmet up and down, and side to side. It should not be easy to move and you should feel the skin of your head and face being pulled
- Your eyes should be located in the center of the helmet's viewpoint
