The EVS Evolution Youth Chest Protector delivers advanced protection in a lightweight, low-profile design built specifically for young riders. Designed for motocross, enduro, off-road riding, and mountain biking, it reduces heat and bulk without compromising safety. As a result, young riders stay protected, comfortable, and focused throughout every ride.
At the heart of the protector is RE ZRO™ Impact Protection, strategically positioned across the chest and back to absorb and disperse impact energy. Consequently, it provides CE EN 1621-3 Level 1 chest and CE EN 1621-2 Level 1 back protection while maintaining excellent flexibility and freedom of movement. In addition, it offers reliable roost protection in a lighter, more advanced design.
The lightweight Hexprene™ chassis features a perforated construction that maximises breathability without adding unnecessary bulk. Meanwhile, CoreCool™ venting promotes continuous airflow to help regulate body temperature. Therefore, riders stay cooler and more comfortable during long or demanding sessions.
Furthermore, the soft-touch liner feels comfortable against the skin, whether worn under or over a jersey. Adjustable shoulder and waist straps also provide a secure, customised fit, ensuring the protector stays in place while allowing unrestricted movement.
