The latest-generation Acerbis Skid Plate with Linkage Guard is engineered for serious off-road riders who demand the ultimate combination of protection, durability, and lightweight performance. Specifically designed for modern 2-stroke bikes, this skid plate not only shields the engine and frame but also offers advanced protection for the shock linkage with an integrated co-moulded fin. As a result, it ensures smooth gliding over rocks, logs, and other natural obstacles while preventing damage from impact, mud, and debris.
Constructed from 6mm-thick polypropylene, the skid plate provides robust coverage for critical areas, including crankcases, the water pump, and footrest zones. Additionally, its extended side panels and anti-mud design minimise debris accumulation, which means post-ride cleaning is easier and faster. Furthermore, strategically placed drainage zones reduce weight without compromising strength, allowing the bike to remain agile and responsive even in the toughest conditions.
